1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

2. This is a standing event according to their respective categories.

3. Children 10 and above age will require a ticket. Due to the musical event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion. If you are under the age of 10, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

4. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you is not shared with any other third-party

5. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.

6. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.

Paytm Insider or Organiser will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.

If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase, if fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.

If anyone is found disturbing the audience, breaking the properties/Barricades, or any behaviour which the organiser, security, or Police officials they shall sent from the venue and barred permanently from attending any shows in the future along with the will damage claim in accordance with the damage done.
